Mentalist OP Komonen performing at a corporate event

Christmas parties / company parties

A show people will still be talking about in January.

A modern mentalism show brings very different guests together in a shared experience — without embarrassing anyone.

I aim to send you a personal proposal within 24 hours.

More than an act on the programme

One shared experience changes the whole evening.

At a Christmas party, people from different teams, roles and backgrounds end up around the same table. Good entertainment isn't a separate act: it gives everyone a shared moment that keeps the conversation going into the next working day.

Three ways to shape the evening

Choose an atmosphere — not a rigid package.

I'll recommend a format based on your audience, venue and the rhythm of the evening.

01

Stage show

A shared highlight for the whole audience. The stage show scales from a living room to an arena.

Usually about 30 minutes — shorter if needed, or up to around 50 minutes.

02

Close-up magic

Impossible moments among the guests, at the tables and while people mingle. Over the evening I can perform for many different groups.

A conversation starter that needs no separate break in the programme.

Entertainment that fits the evening

We choose the right moment together.

The show can work as a shared opening, as the highlight after dinner, or as a transition to the more relaxed part of the evening. Its place and length are chosen so the show supports the rhythm of the night instead of interrupting it.

The show works in Finnish, in English or bilingually.

A safe choice for the organiser

A safe choice, even for a demanding audience.

Participation is voluntary. Nobody is embarrassed, and the humour is never at the audience's expense. Those who join in become the heroes of the evening.

Case: a Christmas party for about 100 guests

When the show reflects this very community.

At a CrossFit gym's Christmas party, I performed a stage show for about a hundred guests. The volunteers on stage were the gym's own coaches — people the audience already knew.

For one of them, a chocolate bar revealed a message that astonished the whole crowd. From another's subconscious, the meaning of life itself ended up on the board.

“Joy, surprise and bewilderment! The show had people from very different backgrounds genuinely enjoying themselves — and the next day we kept coming back to the twists.”

Case: Normet's Christmas party

A shared show first. Then miracles up close.

Normet's Christmas party opened with a stage show for the whole audience. After that, the evening continued with small miracles performed up close.

“Our workplace is still talking about the show. A skilfully planned show tailored to our audience that amazed and delighted the whole group. An unforgettable experience!”
Suvi EväkoskiDirector, IT PMO · Normet Group Oy

How long is the mentalism show?

The stage show usually lasts about 30 minutes. It can be made shorter to fit the evening's programme, or, if the audience wants more, built into a show of around 50 minutes.

What size of audience does the show suit?

The stage show scales from a living room to an arena. What matters is not just the headcount, but also the venue, the technical setup and the kind of shared experience you want for the evening.

When during the Christmas party should the show take place?

The show can work as a shared opening, as the highlight after dinner, or as a transition to the more relaxed part of the evening. We choose the right moment together, so the show supports the rhythm of the night instead of interrupting it.

Can the show be performed in English?

Yes. The show can be performed in Finnish, in English or, if needed, bilingually.

Does the show need a stage or its own equipment?

It depends on the audience size, the venue and the chosen format. A small event may not need a separate stage at all. For a larger audience, we go through sightlines, sound and other technical details in advance.

Can our people and themes be part of the show?

Yes. Your company's theme, familiar faces or details that mean something to your team can be built into the show. The point isn't to add a logo to a ready-made act, but to make the experience genuinely fit your evening.

Will anyone from the audience have to go on stage?

No. Participation is voluntary, nobody is embarrassed, and the humour is never at the audience's expense. Those who join in become the heroes of the evening.

How early should we book a Christmas party date?

The most popular Christmas party dates fill up first, but there may be free dates closer to the event too. It's worth checking availability as soon as your date starts to take shape.
